Welcome to Loculse, a platform that helps people discover local cultural events, concerts, exhibitions, theater performances, community gatherings, and other creative experiences. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Loculse, operated byBosqora ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Loculse, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Using Loculse

• You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use Loculse.
• You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts

Some features — such as submitting events or saving favorites — require you to sign in. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Submitting Content

Loculse lets users submit cultural events and related information. When you submit content, you confirm that:

• The content does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.
• The content complies with our Community Guidelines.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting it, you grant Loculse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform. We may review, edit, or remove submitted content at our discretion, particularly where it breaches these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent event listings.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or offensive content.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data without permission.

Third-Party Content and Links

Loculse may display event information from organizers and other sources, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party content or the practices of external sites. Attending any event is at your own discretion and risk.

Intellectual Property

The Loculse name, logo, design, and platform are owned by Bosqora and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer

Loculse is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to keep event information accurate and the platform reliable, we do not guarantee that content is complete or error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted. We are not responsible for events organized by third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bosqora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Loculse.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Loculse after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
